At Global Wood Works, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our customers. Please read our shipping and delivery terms below:

1. Delivery Timeframe

  • Delivery within 4 to 5 Business Days: Once your order is processed, we strive to deliver your pallet bed within 4 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed the same day or the next business day. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on stock availability, order volume, and unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery Locations

  • Currently Available in Bangalore: At present, we are offering delivery exclusively within Bangalore. We do not deliver outside of Bangalore at this time.

  • Local Delivery Only: We are only able to deliver within the Bangalore metropolitan area. If you're located outside of this region, we encourage you to check back with us for future updates on delivery availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery Fee: We charge a standard delivery fee of ₹500 for all orders within Bangalore. This fee is designed to ensure that the cost of delivery remains reasonable for our customers.

  • Free Delivery: Currently, we do not offer free delivery, but our goal is to keep the shipping costs affordable to ensure the best value for you.

4. Delivery Process

  • Order Confirmation: After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Shipping Notification: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, which may include tracking information (if available), allowing you to monitor your delivery progress.

  • Delivery Updates: You will receive timely delivery updates via WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer, to keep you informed on the status of your order.

  • Failed Deliveries: If no one is present at the delivery address to receive the shipment, we will attempt a re-delivery, but please note that additional charges may apply for the second attempt.

5. Delivery Delays or Issues

We aim to meet the expected delivery window, but occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or traffic. Should a significant delay happen, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
