1. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, no cancellations are allowed. We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery, so cancellations cannot be accepted after the order has been confirmed. Please double-check your order details carefully before finalizing your purchase.
2. Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges are only applicable in the event of total breakage of planks in the pallet. Minor cracks or damage will not be considered for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange:
Total Breakage: Refunds or exchanges will be provided only if the pallet bed arrives with total breakage of planks, rendering the product unusable.
Minor Damage: Minor cracks or cosmetic imperfections in the wood will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Notification Window:
You must notify us of any total breakage within 1 to 2 days of receiving the product.
Please provide clear photos of the damaged planks along with your order number to our customer service team within this time frame.
3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange
If your pallet bed has experienced total breakage, please follow these steps:

Provide Evidence: Send clear images showing the damage (e.g., broken planks) along with your order number. This will help us assess the issue quickly.

Processing Your Request: Once the damage is verified, we will either process a refund or send a replacement. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom or Personalized Products: Products that are customized or made-to-order are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange.
Minor Damage: As previously mentioned, minor cracks or imperfections will not qualify for refunds or exchanges. Natural wood can have unique variations, and we consider this part of the character of each piece.
5. Shipping and Handling Costs
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is due to total breakage or defect.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once we have verified your return request, your refund will be processed within 6 to 8 working days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
